How does your experience compare to that of your fellow perioperative leaders? The 2024 Salary/Career Survey is your chance to find out—and to contribute to the education of the broader community.

We’ve published an article on a decade's worth of data from the annual survey in every issue so far this year, offering insight on topics ranging from the scope of an OR manager’s responsibilities to salary and budget data and the most pressing challenges of the work. Without a sufficiently robust, representative dataset provided by perioperative leaders like you, this would not have been possible. Nor would it be possible to continue—and keep improving on—the this work.

In short, we need your help. With the 2024 survey closing May 31, there’s a little more than a month left to fill it out.
