Among the hazards:
- First is cybersecurity attacks
- Second is blood and body fluids on mattresses after cleaning
- Third is retained sponges
- Fifth is mishandling flexible endoscopes after disinfection
- Ninth is cleaning fluid seeping into electrical components.
