A recent survey by online platform The Muse finds that Generation Z workers are the most likely to leave a job because of a toxic workplace, even though they have spent the least amount of time in the workplace, the March 14 Benefit News reports.

In addition, 44% of all respondents who reported toxic situations predominantly blamed their leaders, and 41% said direct managers were responsible.
When asked what could improve a toxic workplace, the most identified step was leadership and management training.
