Cutting costs while improving quality of care is a challenge that can only be met by experienced healthcare providers. With the pending retirements of so many nurse leaders and the difficulty of recruiting and retaining experienced OR nurses, where will this experience come from?

OR Manager can’t provide new staff or leaders, but it can offer resources to help solve these problems. The second edition of Staffing the OR: How to Recruit, Retain, and Sustain Excellence in Patient Care has just been published and is available to OR Manager Conference attendees at a substantial discount.
