OR Business Management Conference: Last call for proposals on select topics

For veteran or new perioperative business leaders alike, the OR Business Management Conference offers strategies and real-world insight to effectively improve performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of the surgical suite. The new year will bring a new opportunity to expand professional networks, find solutions for hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers, and bring home tactical tools to easily and immediately implement learnings.

Our 11th annual OR Business Management Conference will take place February 6–8, 2023, in Savannah, Georgia, at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. Pre-conference workshops will take place on February 5, 2023.

The deadline for abstract submissions has been extended to July 7, 20222. Proposals are still being considered for these topics:

1. Making the case for capital investment—how to build a business plan and present the case to your board
2. Building a budget, sensitivity analysis, and P&L—understand the ROI and how speak fluently on the numbers
3. Top technology trends to grow surgical service lines

Presenters receive a complimentary Conference Pass, recognition as a speaker in all communications promoting the event, and networking opportunities to engage with managers, directors, executives/C-Suite, administrators, and other perioperative leadership.
