From operational efficiency and budgetary concerns to staffing issues and vendor relationships, the day-to-day concerns of perioperative professionals are fully reflected in the agenda for the 2025 OR Manager Conference, scheduled for October 28-30 in Anaheim, California.

The line-up of in-depth, targeted educational sessions is divided into seven tracks:

• The Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) track covers service line expansion, benchmark data usage, and evidence-based decision making
• The Leadership track focuses on developing emotional intelligence and adaptability, as well as mentorship, regulatory compliance, and more.
• The Workforce track covers recruitment, retention, culture, and staff safety.
• The Perianesthesia Care track focuses on best practices from preadmission through discharge.
• The New Leader track builds foundational knowledge and promotes professional growth.

Specific session topics range from interdisciplinary communication to leadership principles adapted from the Samurai Code. Beyond education, attendees can expect plenty of networking opportunities, including organized peer-to-peer discussions as well as evening entertainment. Rounding out this dynamic experience are research and poster presentations, a reverse expo, a full line-up of exhibitor displays.
