Women’s Choice Award announces 2019 Best Children’s Hospitals

The Women’s Choice Award announced on October 1 the Best Children’s Hospitals for 2019.

The select group were chosen from nearly 60 Children’s Hospitals in the nation and represent those that have met the highest standards for childcare.

Award winners include:

• Children’s Hospital & Medical Center, Omaha
• Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, Hartford
• Dayton Children’s Hospital, Dayton, Ohio
• Kaiser Permanente Anaheim Medical Center, Anaheim, California
• Kaiser Permanente Downey Medical Center, Downey, California
• Kaiser Permanente Fontana Medical Center, Fontana, California
• Kaiser Permanente Los Angeles Medical Center
• Kaiser Permanente San Diego Medical Center
• St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children, Philadelphia
• Valley Children’s Hospital, Madera, California.

The designation of Best Children’s Hospitals is based on a point system and self-reported data.
